Shipping policy


Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
• Processing times may be slightly extended during peak seasons or promotional periods.


Delivery Timeframe

  • Ready stock: Dhaka 2–3 days, Outside Dhaka 3–5 days.

  • Pre-order/imported items: 7–14 days.

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier operations, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.


Delivery & Inspection at Doorstep

PREZOR offers an on-the-spot return option at the time of delivery.

• Customers are requested to inspect the product in front of the delivery personnel.
• If you are not satisfied at that moment, you may return the item immediately.
• The applicable delivery charge must still be paid, even if the order is returned at the doorstep.

Once the product has been accepted and the delivery is completed, it will be considered received in satisfactory condition.


Post-Delivery Policy

After delivery acceptance, returns are not permitted, except in the case of a genuine manufacturing or material defect.

• Any defect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• The product must be unused and handled under normal conditions.
• Damage caused by misuse, improper care, accidental damage, or unauthorized alterations is not covered.

If a genuine issue is verified, PREZOR will arrange a repair or exchange, at our discretion.

Refunds are not applicable once a product has been accepted.


Shipping Address Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
• PREZOR is not liable for delivery issues resulting from incorrect address or contact information.
• If an order is returned due to incorrect details, reshipping charges will apply.
