We offer a simple on-the-spot return option. 

Please check the product in front of the delivery personnel. If you are not satisfied, you may return it at the time of delivery by paying the delivery charge.

If the order is returned at delivery, the delivery charge must still be paid.

Once the product is received, returns are not accepted except in case of a genuine manufacturing defect reported within 48 hours.

PREZOR provides a 48-hour defect reporting period for manufacturing or material issues under normal use. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, or unauthorized handling.
